The 2026 Spoke Bender 50 is an epic long-distance mountain bike race at Wentworth Mountain Bike Park, hosted in partnership with Hub Cycle Truro and sanctioned by Cycling Nova Scotia.
This is a self-sufficient race: you must be prepared with a cell phone, food, water, and any tools needed for trail side repairs. Bike patrols will be available in case of emergency.
There will be a feed station located at the top of climb 2 area with water, granola bars, energy gels and electrolyte mix. Racers can pre drop a small bag of provisions to be placed at a feed station the morning of the race.
