2025 Spoke Bender 50
JUNE 1, 2025
An epic long-distance mountain bike race hosted at Wentworth Mountain Bike Park, in partnership with Hub Cycle Truro and Cycling Nova Scotia.
This is a self-sufficient race: you must be prepared with a cell phone, food, water, and any tools needed for trailside repairs. Bike patrols will be available in case of emergency.
Feeding stations will be at the top of climb 2 and climbs 3/4. They will have water, granola bars, energy gels, and an electrolyte mix. Racers can pre-drop a small bag of provisions to be placed at a feed station the morning of the race.
The long-distance and faster categories will start first; the final start will be the youth/novice category.
Non-racers’ parents/guardians can follow their youth riders as long as they are also Cycling NS members (General or License holders). General Memberships can be purchased here.
